THE BUILDING

This bright Caribbean style building dominates a quarter of a block on the down town peninsula of Bocas Town on the Tropical Panamanian island Isla Colon. The two story building is divided into 7 spaces:

1) The Duplex: The only 2 story unit, this spacious rental has a small bedroom on the ground floor, a half bath, and open concept kitchen and living room and a garden patio. The upstairs loft has a king sized bed, a full bathroom and a second floor veranda.

2) 2x Garden Level Suites: These 2 ground level suites are studios with full kitchens and bathrooms, and garden Patios.

3) 3x Second Level Suites: These 3 second story suites are studios with pitched ceilings, full kitchens and bathrooms and second story verandas

4) 1 ground level Storage Space: This storage space could be easily transformed into a 3rd Garden Level Suite, or the ceiling could be opened to provide a second Duplex, as it sits directly under the 3rd Second level Suite.

Besides the main building, there is a container shaped space in the back yard which serves as extra storage and an office space to communicate the comings and goings of short term guests and maintenance projects with the staff. There you will find an 8th bathroom.
