The home has 2 bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom, plus a third bathroom and laundry/storage room.

Built with sophisticated materials both imported and local, the results speak for themselves. The floors, terrace, pier and structural beams are all constructed out of Almendra – a beautiful hardwood, resistant to the harsh elements of tropical environments. The dining table is made of white marble imported from Greece, and the Kitchen and shower tile are ceramic imported from Italy.
