The Affordable Tropical Island Lot is a lovely seafront hill with just the right amount of elevation, and plenty of fruit trees already growing. Located on Isla Solarte, in a waterway called "the cut", the location is incredibly central to all the beautiful points of interest Bocas has to offer, though it is tucked away from the passing boats in a private bay all of its own. The property is only 10 minutes from town, and 20 minutes on a stand up paddle board will get you to the entrance of Red Frog Beach, if you're in a rush, a motor boat would have you there in 2!
