THE HOUSE

An eco-friendly home, Casa Clearwater is completely self-sustaining and off the grid with solar power and fresh, filtered rainwater. Built in 2014, the 4500 sq. foot home has a modern, airy design, the shade of the spacious covered decks invite you to enjoy the outdoor environment any time of the day. In typical Caribbean style, the over the water home opens on all sides inviting spectacular sea views & northern breezes. West facing the home catches the most breathtaking Caribbean sunsets, and at night bio luminescent plankton light up when you cannonball into the sea!

After a day in and on the water, rinse off in one of two outdoor showers then join together at the large dining table & "Burgundy Bar", which serve as comfortable gathering spots for meals, and reconnecting after all the adventurous fun.

The home has 2 bedrooms each with a king sized bed and ensuite bathrooms, as well as 2 day beds in the great room, which can serve as extra twin sized sleeping spaces. As the sun sets behind the ten thousand foot high mountains on the Panamanian mainland, cool mountain breezes chill the night. Daytime air and water temperatures average 85 degrees Fahrenheit with delightfully cool 70 degree evenings.
