THE HOME

As you walk into the Sunset Villa, follow the stairs up to the great room, where you will be met with panoramic views of the Sunset Point Channel, and the gorgeous back yard and pool. The vaulted ceilings tower above with exposed timber beams, King trusses, and steel fasteners. The girth of the home makes it seem as though it has been teleported from a fishing village in Maine, almost as though it has been built to support a snowy winter!
