THE BUSINESSES

There is a lot of enterprising activity at Cayo Coral, and still so much potential to be explored. Serving local neighbors, the vagrant population of adventure tourists, and Panamanians escaping the city, there is never a low season at this must see treasure of the archipelago.

The main residence offers more than 6,700 sq. ft. of living space with 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths as well as maids quarters. Other features of the main residence include restored original wood ceilings, terrazzo floors imported from Cuba, and a wooden parquet staircase. The gourmet kitchen features a 5-burner gas range and an oversized refrigerator/freezer, in addition to a large pantry needed for facilitating large celebrations. In the home, there is also a library, a formal dining room, a family living room, and a study with with a large veranda. The upper floor is entirely occupied by the oversized master suite, which offers beautiful views of the city of David, large walk in closer, and a Jacuzzi tub in the ensuite bathroom.

The estate’s 1,409-sq.-ft. pavilion is an excellent venue for relaxation, cooking with friends, or family fun. There is a kitchenette, 2 half baths, a large wet bar, and ample storage. Restored wood ceilings and terrazzo floors are also featured here. The pavilion can accommodate as many as 70 guests for wedding celebrations.

A separate gardener’s home is currently occupied by a fabulous caretaker, who has had his feet on the land for the last 14 years. He knows the garden, the equipment and the dynamics of the land better than anyone you could newly hire.



THE LAND

The La Pagoda Estate and Wedding venue is riverfront! A complex and well maintained trail system leads walkers through the manicured gardens, through untamed jungle, and down to the 600 meters of river, with shallow crystalline pools for refreshing dips.
