THE HOME

Entering the home, you are immediately exposed to the panoramic views via the open concept great room, dining room and kitchen. The expansive kitchen is fully equipped and has vaulted ceilings, ample storage space, granite counter tops and a bar which separates it from the living room. The feeling in this multipurpose space is airy thanks to its grand height and vast views, but a rock fireplace warms the decor, cozy for the cool Jaramillo nights.

The entire 20 meter length of the home, is aligned by a covered veranda, meaning the exquisite sights can also be seen from the comfort of your bed in the master suite and from your desk in the study.

There is a large utility room with a washer, dryer and extra storage in enclosed cabinets. On the East side of the home is a second bedroom, an office or 3rd bedroom and second bathroom. A large room below the home is currently used for storage, though could quickly be finished to provide a garden suite below the office.

Adjacent to the home is a bodega for drying the beans, production has been so great this year an expantion will be needed.
