THE LOTS

This collection of properties in Golf of Chiriqui sum up the creme de la creme of the archipelago. Known as the birth place for Humpback whales, and a location where populations from the North and South hemispheres meet, its a magical place indeed.

Lot 1 - The Landing Pad, 1100 m2 TITLED
Located in the heart of the Boca Chica fishing village, this 1100 m2 lot is road and sea accessible. There is a Seaside home and a caretaker home on this lot. The main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and boasts a beautiful seaside veranda. An out door ramp leads down to a large dock fit for Pacific Tides. This is the ideal place to store your boat, or to greet guests coming from the David airport only 1 hour away.

Lot 2 - Isla PARIDITA, 25 hectares RoP
The most exotic of the 4 lots, and the most exciting, this is a 25 hectare Private Island. Incredible topography offers trails between 5 beaches, each with their own appeal. Arrive in a calm protected bay to a soft sandy beach where the caretaker's quarters are located and a large lagoon forms a rich estuary. To reach the lodgings follow a well maintained path South West towards the first Beach, beyond it you will find traditional palapa roofed cabanas dotted along one of the island's ridges, each one hosts a spectacular West facing view for fiery sunsets and visits from rescued and released macaws of all colors. These are rustic cabins, with running water and plumbing, the perfect way to truly experience the Island. Continue past the communal hut where the kitchen is located to the 2nd beach, a mix of sand and pebbles and rolling waves. Short hikes take you to the last 2 adventures, where interesting rock formations and volcanic stones create an other worldly experience.

Lot 3 and 4 - Isla PARIDA Lots, 14 hectares and 12 hectares TITLED
Between the private island and the shore are a variety of Islands that create the Gulf of Chiriqui, the largest and closest to the Isla Paridita is its mother island, Isla Parida. The 2 Parida Lots share the tranquil Bay with Isla Paridita, a bay that has been used for centuries by pirates and fisherman to land on the sandy bottom and repair. Both the lots offer calm beach front and sprawling jungle space. Ideal places to expand touristicaly, without impeding the exclusiveness of the private island.
