THE LAND

This Caribbean Sea front finca is almost 12 hectares, and offers a beautiful jungle back drop the the turquoise coast line. Boasting roughly 240 meters of sea front, adorned by the coral reef and without too much mangrove, this is a special spot on the Bocas del Toro map. The land extends from the shoreline along two elevated ridges on either side of the property, deep into the jungle, where you will find a great collection of Cacao trees happily fruiting in the shade of the Canopy.

The perfect build site has been cleared on the property's Eastern ridge, which offers lovely elevation to gaze down on the reef, and catch a spectacular North breeze. It is common in this area to find fresh water springs, and though none have been exploited on this property, we're quite sure you'll find one. Only 15 minutes by boat from Almirante, transporting building material, shopping, and access to a vehicle will be much easier than the average outer island paradise.
