Built on a thick concrete base, this rancher style home is an extremely stable dwelling. With ample outdoor living and abundant roof overhang, the screen doors are often left open to welcome the sea breeze cooled by the jungle canopy. Though air conditioning is not needed, the home's connection to city power makes it all possible.

The living area of this home is sprawling! A wide open kitchen, dining, living area has multiple seating spaces and opens up onto the wrap around veranda via 3 sliding doors. Near the front door there is an accent window that perfectly frames a peak-a-boo view of the sea, and glimpses can be seen through the canopy from the dining table on the veranda.
