Each lot is around 1 hectare, except the beachfront lot which is 7000m2, they each will be sold for 300,000 USD. The lots are road accessible from where the ferry barge docks, and have municiple electricity, and community water. Each lot is private from the other, and would have no further development obstructing its views. The road leads by each lot and ends at a large communal field at the pebbly beach. This communal area borders has a bordwalk, a little beachbar, and a communal dock.
Lot 1 : The first lot is the highest with the widest panoramic views of the gulf of Chiriqui. 1 hectare in size there is a flat building site, and plenty of space for grazing farm animals or fruit trees.
Lot 2: The 2nd lot is also 1 hectare is has wonderful elevation and sweeping ocean views and sea breezes as well. It slopes from the build site down towards the beach. The road wraps behind it and along its West border , then continues down the hill to the third lot.
Lot 3: Lower in elevation, and a little smaller in size, this lot is only steps from the beach. Even with the lower elevation the views are still breathtaking, looking out over the ocean and the smaller islands of the archipelago which create the calm bay, perfect for swimming.
